1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment 
confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be 
processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once 
your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- Rest of World: 10 to 21 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to 
carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our 
control.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location 
and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying 
orders — any promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply 
depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of 
the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please

and resolve the issue promptly.

We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect 
shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your
