We want you to love everything you order from Breeche. If something
is not right, we are here to help.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be
eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from any odours, stains, or signs of use
- In original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and
will be returned to the customer.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items that have been personalised or customised

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return, please email us at support@breeche.com within 14
days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason
for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless
the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked
shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in
transit.

5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you
of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless
the return is due to our error.

6. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour,
please contact us at support@breeche.com. Exchanges are subject to
stock availability.

7. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery at support@breeche.com with your order number
and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full
refund at no extra cost to you.
